1. Who we are and what this covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Lead Tree, Inc. (“Lead Tree,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information through our website, leadtree.net (the “Site”), including our contact form. Lead Tree is a California corporation and a business-to-business lead brokerage that connects lead publishers with buyers.
This policy covers information collected through the Site. Consumer lead data that moves between publishers and buyers as part of our brokerage services is governed by our written agreements with those parties and by the notices and consents provided where that data is collected; it is not covered by this policy.

Information collected automatically. As with most websites, our hosting provider and the services that support the Site may automatically log technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit.
3. How we use information

- To keep records of consent and opt-out requests, and to comply with legal obligations.
- To protect our rights, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run our business and the Site, such as website hosting and form processing (currently Netlify), plus email and communication tools. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lead Tree, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
- With your direction or consent. For example, if you ask us to introduce you to a publisher or buyer.
We do not sell the personal information you submit through our website contact form, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We also do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses a minimal set of technologies. Our web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and basic browser information when the page loads. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies or logs to deliver and secure the Site.
If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies; the Site should continue to work for its basic purposes if you do.
6. Calls, text messages, and opting out
If you submit our contact form, you agree that Lead Tree, Inc., and its representatives may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by autodialed and prerecorded or artificial-voice calls and text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time:
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
- Calls: tell us during any call that you do not want to be contacted again.
